AS MUCH AS YOU WANT
You ALL asked how I did it. Well here it is, the possible key to your healthy weight success. Only eat from this limited food list, don't add or substitute fruits and vegetables. This list is compiled from various OK foods that allow you to eat large quantities without the accumulation of bad calories.
This is what worked for ME …

REMEMBER – You are not eating to fill yourself up, you eat to keep your energy up!

Fruits – all fresh no can / frozen no preservatives OK
Fresh Grapefruit
Strawberries (any kind of berry!!!)
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Pineapple

Veggies – all fresh no canned / frozen no preservatives OK
Broccoli - steamed or raw plain
Cauliflower - steamed or raw plain
Spinach - steamed
Any leafy salad mixture with CLEAR salad dressing
Celery – with peanut butter
Steamed mixed vegetables
Steamed Asparagus
Steamed Brussel sprouts
Green beans
Meat – you don’t really need to eat meat so I’m suggesting fish
Salmon – broiled or baked (almost any preparation)
Fish – any fish – not fried or battered
Albacore tuna in water – make tuna salad or eat plain by the can
Eggs/ egg whites - hard boiled as many as you want

Liquids
All water
No soda
Herbal tea – OK, no preservative bottled
Low fat milk
Coffee – if you must, drink it black

Others
All natural sherbet or sorbet – dessert
Yogurt – get plain vanilla for breakfast or lunch with fruit
Cereal – any Flakes, nothing frosted
Nuts – for a snack

  • A great plan includes a diet diary – write down everything you eat everyday along with times.
  • This will allow you to watch your list shrink as you progress.
  • Allow you stomach to shrink by starting off with small portions more frequent throughout the day.
  • Don't eat after 7 – if you must make sure its only a fresh fruit or vegetable
  • Pre-prepare - daily meals, put fruits and veggies in baggies … so that if your hungry u can just grab a bag
  • Drink a bottle of water in the morning and one after your work out to make you full.
  • I don’t believe in buying low fat products just products that naturally have no fat!
